I ordered the e-book and it said to go to the website to download the book so I did but they never gave me a log in. So I requested a "new" log in even though I never got an old one. There is no phone number or e-mail to contact anyone. It's been a week and I am so mad for wasting my time and money. I am disputing the charge with my credit card but that has even taken me an hour.

I purchased the ebook only to find out that she was closed for 2 weeks. I emailed her 4 days ago and no word. I think that if there wasn't going to be mentoring available that I shouldn't have been able to purchase the ebook (this is the only way I found out). I would guess that a lot of parents would be frustrated by this since many people have a chunk of time off around the holidays to devote to potty training. The longer it takes to get any response the more frustrated I get. I want a refund and to be done with her.

I ordered e-book in November. She did not respond to messages in 24 hours, it took weeks.

Said her daughter was in hospital so I was understanding. She disappeared again from communication, then sent same suggestion again, did not work. Asked for refund many times. December holidays came and went, no refund.

I asked again in January but my messages did not go through. She blocked me out of system. No refund.

Tech help did not resolve either. SCAM ARTIST.

Lora Jensen 3 day potty training - program didn't work

I saw this 100% guaranteed 3 day program on the internet had great reviews - so I paid my money received the 'book' ( read it twice) The website states you must be dedicated you can't go out and meals should be pre cooked- but doesn't state you must stick like glue to your child for 3 days. This means very rapid trip yourself to the bathroom, no having a shower, no phone calls and in my case no breastfeeding, feeding or changing my infant. The child can't play outside unless you are with them The program in short is based around you catching them in the act and run them to the potty. This leaves a trail of wee and poo on you and through your house - but you can't spend time cleaning up because you have to watch your child! You then have mounds of washing which you can't do because you have to watch your child. Believe me if you try you will come back to find a puddle of wee even if they have just been. After day 4 of failure I contacted them using the mentoring link and was told to "It is important that you continue the training ". But I work and I had already taking a day off to have a 3 day period off. This is suppose to be three days not 6 not 36 - as I was later told to leave it a month and start again. After stating their 100% guarantee I haven't heard a word back from them - they say they will answer within 24 hours unless they have a day off - there are no days off blacked on the calendar so why have I not had an answer after 4 days. The only way you can communicate with them is via a 'mentoring link. You can only post one link which they must reply to before you can post again. So I last sent them a message on the 10th and I can't contact them again until they have replied. In short it may work for some but for this mum of two who can't stick like glue to her 2 1 /2 year old it's the old - if it seems too good to be true then is probably is

Lora Jensen 3 Day Potty Training E-Book

After reading so many good things about Lora Jensen's 3 Day Potty Training Method, we decided it was time to give it a shot. I found her website easily enough, it looked simple, it has a help desk, and mentoring for....well the rest of forever I guess. It sounded GREAT! And then.....I signed up for an account, paid, and waited. I downloaded the e-book, and then..the file was corrupt, I wasn't able to open it, tried deleting that, and downloading again......samething. Marked as a virus, and I cannot download it again. After trying to get help via the "Help Desk" I found out the hard way, that this was a joke..."Bella" the help desk *** cannot really help you with anything, and I do mean anything...NOTHING. After submitting my refund request to the "Mentoring" link, I got a response FIVE days later (when it states that you'll get a response within 24 hours) I was told "You've downloaded the book, that is not the way our refund policy works" Well WTF? I can't read the books, so what am I supposed to do? So do yourselves a favor.....DO NOT DOWNLOAD this Book! Save yourself the frustration. These people are scam artists! I'll be writing to Parenting Magazines as well....she is such a JOKE and a Money Grubbing ***

HI, i was reading the post, the only magical in the this system (3days potty training) is that STAY HOME, GIVE 100% ON TRAIN YOU KIDS AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE THAN STAY AT HOME FROM 72 HOURS.... hard for the many women, I read the e-book, there is nothing magical, the only magic is that you must stay home, and not to do anything else than potty training. so dont waste money.

I posted this review of the 3 Day Potty Training ebook on the 3 Day Potty Training and Webmommies Facebook pages, however, it was removed and I was blocked from the page. So I'm posting it here as well, because I have not received a response (even after I left a message at the number provided by the "website"):

There is some good advice in this ebook, but nothing I couldn't have figured out on my own. With a little common sense, input from family and friends, and (free) online resources anyone can train their child to use the potty in a few days.

I'm sure more unsuspecting and desperate parents will buy this ebook, but I can't recommend it. $24? Really? I just couldn't get past the poor grammar, bad spelling, tone, and contradictions by the author.

Perhaps with a revision (proofread and edited) and a proper website to back it up I may return for more advice in the future.
